Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to every order placed through the store. Placing an order means you accept them.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when we send the confirmation email, which is also when the price is fixed. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you have paid, we cancel that line and refund it in full.

Pricing

Prices include VAT and exclude delivery unless the order qualifies for free delivery. We correct pricing errors when we find them; if a correction affects an order you have already placed, we contact you before shipping it.

Delivery

Delivery estimates are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery, not on dispatch, so anything damaged in transit is ours to resolve.

Cancellation

You may cancel an order at any point before it is dispatched. After dispatch, the return policy applies instead.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
