Brands our customers know and trust

We have added eleven new brands to the store this quarter. Here is who they are and what they are best known for.
Building a catalog is less about how many products sit in it and more about whether a shopper recognises the name on the box. Over the past three months we have brought eleven new brands into the store, chosen the same way every time: a track record on warranty claims, spare parts that are actually available, and a support line that answers.
What changed this quarter
The electronics aisle saw the biggest shift. Three audio brands joined, all of them with a two-year warranty handled locally rather than shipped abroad — which in practice is the difference between a week without your headphones and a month.
- Audio — three brands, all with local service centres.
- Home & living — four brands, focused on storage and lighting.
- Beauty — four brands, every product batch-coded and traceable.
How we pick
A brand has to clear three things before we list it. It must hold stock in the country, so a reorder is days rather than months. It must publish a real warranty policy, not a paragraph that ends in "at our discretion". And it must answer a support email within two business days — we test this ourselves, anonymously, before signing anything.
The point of a brand is that you do not have to research the product. We do that part.
More are on the way. If there is a brand you would like us to carry, the contact form goes straight to the buying team.
