Free delivery is now standard on orders over ৳2,000

The threshold used to sit at ৳3,500. Here is why we moved it and what it means for a typical basket.
From this week, every order over ৳2,000 ships free anywhere we deliver. The previous threshold was ৳3,500, which sat above what most people spend in a single visit — so the offer existed without being useful.
What this changes
A typical basket in the store is between ৳1,800 and ৳2,600, so the new threshold covers most of it. Below ৳2,000, delivery is charged at the same flat rate as before; nothing there has gone up.
Where it applies
Everywhere we already deliver, inside and outside the city, with the same one-to-three-day window. Bulky items — furniture and anything shipped on a pallet — still carry their own handling charge, which is shown on the product page rather than at checkout.
The threshold applies to the order total after any coupon, so a discount that drops the basket below ৳2,000 also drops the free delivery with it.
